This is to indicate Megamas management\u2019s commitment in its drive to provide an assurance that the training services provided by Megamas is consistently of the intended quality and fit for their intended purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megamas aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the QMS which includes processes for the continual improvement of the system and assurance of conformity to applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Megamas Quality Policy provides a framework for establishing quality objectives that are measured, appraised and reviewed for continuous performance improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Quality Assurance Manual describes the elements of Megamas Quality Management System. The system is designed to ensure that all requirements relating to quality are recognised and that a consistent and uniform control of these requirements is adequately maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Systems and procedures have been developed under my authority to ensure that the Quality \u0003Assurance Manual\u2019s Provisions are put into practice and all Megamas personnel are required to operate in accordance with the provisions of this manual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compliance Is Mandatory<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The application of this Manual, and its associated standard procedures, will make a valuable contribution to the effective management and enhancement of Megamas activities.
