For NEBOSH-accredited course applicants, please attach a scan/copy of your passport’s photo-page or identification cards.
Completed forms can be submitted to any of our Megamas Offices (BSB or Kuala Belait) either as hard or scanned copies. You can also email the scanned copies to bookings@megamas.com as .pdf files.
