COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW

All Megamas staff are expected to abide by all the basic principles and comply with the law, rules and regulations of Brunei Darussalam and the locations in which they operate.


BUSINESS INTEGRITY

Gifts and Hospitality

Megamas operates a no gift process whereby staff members are to declare all gifts offered to them from customers or clients. The offering or acceptance of gifts could lead to actual or perceived conflicts of interest and should be avoided.

Improper Payments

Bribes, kickbacks and facilitation payments are strictly prohibited. Employees are prohibited from offering or accepting such considerations under any circumstances.

Conflicts of Interest and Transparency

Conflicts between personal interests and duties of the company must be avoided. Megamas staff are required to disclose any potential conflict between Megamas and other parties.


CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Proper management of confidential information is critical to the success of Megamas. Any transfer or handling of confidential information must be executed in a way that secures and protects the intellectual propery of Megamas. Failure to comply will result in consequence management.


NON-COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING

It is the responsibility of all staff to report any incidents or concerns involving a potential breach of this policy.

Megamas operates a zero tolerance policy for any form of impropriety and failure to comply may result in termination.
