Mohammad Rufian Haji Abdul Rahman recently received notification from NEBOSH to congratulate him on achieving the NEBOSH Oil and Gas certificate, which is a 5-day course held in Megamas for a number of participants keen to learn more about the important health and safety issues relating to the production, storage and processing of hydrocarbons in the oil and gas industry.

According to Mohd Roger Ainsworth, Megamas General Manager, “We constantly try to offer our local staff opportunities for their career development and job satisfaction, and currently, we have a training matrix which caters for all our instructor staff to ensure their competency and career development.

“As a result of such a policy over many years, Megamas has encountered strong staff loyalty, whereby over 40 per cent of the staff have remained with the company for 10 years or much longer.”
