Participants who have completed an approved Rigging and Slinging course will be able to safely and efficiently operate an Overhead Traveling Crane by attending this course; this is a course which is in accordance with the Brunei Shell P.L.I.C. The course also refreshes participants in slinging/rigging techniques and updates any changes in safety and operational procedures.
