This course will seek to educate and train participants in the necessary knowledge, skills and techniques in order to perform the role of the Offshore Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) safely and effectively. The training will cover a range of elements of the role which includes communications, helideck operation, as well as logistics and personnel management.
