This course is aimed towards providing the training for qualified mooring personnel in order for them to respond, survival-wise, in an emergency situation during mooring or unmooring operations offshore.

On meeting the minimum standard of competence in the above, a trainee will be competent to deal with situations which results in them falling overboard and creating a potential life-threatening situation.
