This course aims to introduce participants to the management of HSE and give an understanding of how HSE matters will affect their work and their responsibilities at their level of supervisions. This includes learning to adopt a responsible approach to HSE management to provide leadership and commitment to improving HSE performance meeting the expectation of the of the company’s HSE policy and objectives.

On completion of the course, participants will be able to describe their responsibilities with regards to work planning and the implementation of procedures and application of the Hazards and Effect Management Process to a variety of work activities. Participants will also be able to describe their HSE responsibilities when supervising activities.
