This course is designed to meet the initial training requirements for Offshore Emergency Helideck Team Members; personnel designated to handle helicopter emergency scenarios in fire and own fire situation. Participants will be trained on the hazards of helicopter operation and the Offshore Fire/Emergency Response arrangements and guidelines.

The training will also include emergency systems and controls, maintenance of emergency systems, casualty care and damage mitigation.
