This course aims to provide participants who have completed an approved Introduction to Rigging and Slinging course with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain a forklift safely and efficiently in accordance with the Brunei Shell P.L.I.C. The course also refreshes and updates participants with any changes in safety and operational procedures.

Participants will be trained to understand and explain the application of the forklift load chart, safe load indicator and the principles of safe lifting to determine the capacity of a specified forklift truck to undertake specified lifts.
