This course ensures that front line worksite supervisor are able to meet their host company expectations with regard to HSE and supervisory still issues leadership skills covered include motivation, trust, intervention and communication. HSE skills covered include hazard spotting and effective control, simple risk assessment and tool box talk delivery. Satisfactory completion of this course by the participants will enable them to supervise worksite at all major companies in Brunei.
