This course aims to give participants the skills and knowledge needed to be competent in child/baby resuscitation and the management of first aid until medical aid arrives. Participants will also be taught on the application of recovery position for a child and infant.

Participants will be educated on conditions affecting consciousness, ability to identify and treat bleedings, fractures, burns, poisons, bites & stings and the identification of acute illnesses affecting a child or infant.
