This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out their bus driving duties in safe, efficient, courteous, disciplined and responsible manner. Participants will be educated on the risks associated with everyday driving, the relation of these risks to their responsibilities and how to manage such risks and minimise the probability of accidents.

Best practices such as Fitness to Drive, Hazard Perception & Risk Management, Vehicle Safety and others are standardised features of Defensive Driving courses.

With this course, delegates are also trained in basic first aid as well as passenger management and discipline.
