This course aims to give the participants basic skills and knowledge to maintain life until the arrival of the ambulance or medical professionals. Participants will be made aware of the legal issues of first aid and infection control. Participants will be educated on the principles of first aid and the knowledge of the respiratory system and the circulatory system. They will be trained on the usage of an AED as well as oxygen administration, knowledge on application of the recovery position as well as CPR.
