This course develops the basic knowledge and skills necessary to be able to take appropriate individual action(s) in the event of a fire at the work-site.

Participants will be trained to be able to identify reasons for fire spreading and actions needed for mitigation, create and present a simple fire protection plan at their worksite as well as the correct selection and usage of portable fire-fighting equipment in controlled situations.
